How does Auto-Wrench heal: how often, and for whom?

Any Mech that is pushed or towed by another player's Mech may repair 1 damage, whichever player owns the Auto-Wrench. It triggers once per slot, so a three-stack Skewer in one slot heals once, while pushes in three slots heal three times. It does not work on the Bomb or the Boss (Mechs only), and a push that does not move the other Mech (blocked) does not count.
