When does Spider-Man's Spider-Sense trigger during a villain attack?

It triggers the moment the game determines the villain's attack will be made against Spider-Man, before any step of the attack: before the boost card is dealt and before defenders are chosen. A stunned villain's attack is replaced by removing the stun card, so (as with Webbed Up) the attack never initiates and Spider-Sense does not trigger.
