In Rise of the Red Skull Episode 2 setup, where do the obligation card and Experimental Weapons go?

Question

Accepted Answer

The obligation card goes into your hero deck, not the encounter deck. Experimental Weapons are added when the encounter deck is assembled. For the Absorbing Man setup, you discard from the encounter deck until an environment is found, then reshuffle the discard and encounter deck together.
