Does a resource-paid bonus (like Drop Kick's physical-only clause) trigger if the card's cost was reduced to 0?

No. If the cost is reduced to 0, no resources are spent, so an 'if you paid using only Physical resources' bonus does not apply. Voluntarily generating an extra Physical resource does not fix this, because resources beyond the cost count as overpaid rather than paid for the card. The official FAQ ruled this for Unstoppable Force.
