No. Uniqueness is checked by title, and an identity card counts in either form, so an ally sharing the identity's title and subtitle cannot be in play while that identity is. The exceptions apply only when the alter-ego or subtitle differs, so Spider-Man (Miles Morales) can coexist with Spider-Man (Peter Parker).
