If Green Goblin's boost flips him to Norman Osborn during his attack, does the attack still deal damage?

He flips to Norman Osborn immediately. Norman's ATK is treated as 0 plus the boost icons on that card, and he deals that much damage. His Forced Interrupt does not trigger, because the attack is already past the point where he would attack. This matches the official FAQ; the older forum reply that the attack deals no damage is wrong.
