Does Domino's Jackpot shuffle back into the deck before Sharpshooter's discard resolves?

Yes. Jackpot and Sharpshooter are separate triggers. Once Jackpot's cost is paid, its response can shuffle it back into the deck before the other ability's discard is paid. One reply notes that the order of such simultaneous discards is unresolved.
