How many times can I resolve an action, and what does the die value decide?

The lowest die you place sets how many times you may resolve a brown action or city card, or how much you get; you may resolve it fewer times, but at least once. Travel is capped by the lowest die and the space. Special cities always give the same reward, and the die only decides whether the guild seal bonus applies once or twice. Limits like trading posts or resources also apply.
