Where do cards 90-106 go in the Uprising scenarios?
In the scenarios other than the new campaign, shuffle cards 90 to 106 (red numbers, so C cards even with a dark-rope border) with the B cards each time. The new campaign instead uses story cards 100 to 192 and does not tell you to add 90-99.
