Is one game the same as one campaign chapter, and can I start at a later chapter?
No. A game is always four rounds and does not have to match a chapter; the story advances at your pace. To start at a later chapter, take its story card (cards 80-89; card 80 is chapter 2), place it on its space and follow it, optionally with the legacy tiles and cards it lists. You can also change the number of players between games.
