Do discs on legacy tiles stay on the tile between rounds and games?
Between rounds yes: delivered discs on legacy tiles L10-L17 are not removed at round end. Between games no: at the end of a game only the legacy tiles and the story cards in play go into the archive bag, and the discs do not, so an unfinished tile starts the next game empty.
