Is the card display refilled between players during interim scoring?
The designer confirmed the end-of-turn refill, which was also a clarification of the English rulebook wording.

Yes: each player's turn ends with the display refilled (end of Phase C), so the next player sees a full display. At the end of interim scoring the display is discarded and rebuilt anyway.
