Can I enchant an opponent's hexproof creature with an Aura?

Several community members give the same answer in the forum threads; no official ruling.

No. An Aura targets what it enchants, so an opponent's hexproof or shroud creature can't be enchanted by you. You can still enchant your own hexproof creature.
