What do the three New Excommunications promo tiles do?
Based on a single player's reading; no official ruling.

The promo adds three tiles, one for each period. I: each Leader you play costs an extra 1 coin, 1 servant and 1 Military Point. II: immediately remove one Leader you have played from the game. III: at game end, lose 5 VP for each Leader you have played. This comes from a translation of the Italian insert.
