Do I remove base game cards when adding Scoundrels of Skullport?
The designer confirmed why half the base cards are removed, and players quote the counts.

Only when you play both modules (Undermountain and Skullport) together: the rulebook has you remove 25 Intrigue cards, 30 Quest cards and 12 Building tiles at random from the base game, then shuffle the rest with both modules. With just one module nothing is removed. The designer explained the removal is about balancing Lords that score expansion quests or buildings.
