Yes. Active quests are open information: your starting quests and any you take later sit face up beside your player mat. Completed ordinary quests go face down on your Tavern mat, while completed Plot Quests go face up so their ongoing effect stays visible. Your Intrigue cards are the hidden ones, and you may look at your own whenever you like.
