No. Neutral cards belong to no sphere of influence, so Stand and Fight cannot choose them even though its text says the ally may belong to any sphere. Posters relay FFG replies and the FAQ entry for Core 51 saying the same; the 'any sphere' phrase only means you don't need a Spirit match. The ally comes under your control.
