If I play solo with two decks, is that one party or two players?
Several posters agree that two decks means two players; the rulebook does not address two-handed solo play directly.

Two players. There is no official term of 'party': each deck is its own player with up to three heroes, even though one person controls both. Effects that happen once per player happen twice, and resources and cards cannot be shared between the two.
