Yes in the usual reading: responses that share a trigger can be taken in any order, one at a time, so a card drawn by one response (a second Valiant Sacrifice, say) can be played while the trigger is still open. Some players argue only cards held when the trigger happened qualify, and a relayed designer reply supports the first view. The window closes as soon as someone takes a new action or the game advances.
