No. An attack or quest only counts as resolved at the end of its final step, and Forced effects resolve before the last player-action window. So by the time you could play Meneldor's Flight, the Forced effect has already happened; the same applies to Escort from Edoras after a quest. The reply came from an FFG designer, relayed by a player.
