Does my deck have to contain at least 50 cards?
The rulebook states the 50-card minimum in its tournament deckbuilding section; the casual-play reading is how most posters apply it.

Only for a tournament deck. The rulebook gives 50 cards as the tournament minimum, with no more than three copies of any card by title. Casual decks are not held to the 50-card floor, and the three-copy limit is a ceiling, so you never need to include three of anything.
