What do I get when I play a Treasury card into my Portfolio?

You take réis equal to the Treasury value and move the Treasury marker down one, then tuck the card in a bottom slot and Sell Goods or Trade with Nobles. The icon in the card's center applies only when you sponsor an event, not when you tuck it.
