What are the A and B cards in the Kickstarter add-on, and how do they work?

A small starting task deck: each player starts with one A card; completing it (exactly as stated, by playing the Noble card yourself, not by following) earns two B cards that give rewards. Only one task card can be fulfilled per turn. The starting Political cards are still used.
