How is Lacerda set up in solo play?
He follows the 2-player setup: neutral officials in each Noble's office, and an official for him in the Marquis office. His Courtier starts on the Noble shown on the first non-Treasury blue card you draw, not on the Marquis; the Helper can be any spare token.
