What happens when Lacerda cannot pay the Influence for a Noble visit?
In the designer's 2019 answer he skips the Noble action but still takes his minor (State) actions. An earlier designer reply (2018) offered two options instead: let his score go negative, or have him stop until he regains Influence; the 2019 answer is the later ruling.
