How are ties split in end-game majorities?
The rulebook states how ties are split.

Add the points for the places the tied players occupy and divide by the number tied, rounding down. In a 4-player officials scoring, two tied for first each get half of 15 and 10; with two tied for third they share the 5. You score a store type only if you own at least one store of it.
