Can a réis discount from Clergy tiles or Treasury cards apply when I pay réis to visit a Noble?
Yes — the designer says everything in your Portfolio is cumulative with no exceptions, so a réis discount applies to every payment of réis, including one made in place of Influence. Clergy tile #10 is a separate case: it reduces the Influence cost of a Visit or Follow by 1 and is not a réis discount.
