Does Accept the Blow count as failing for Vainglory's Symphony or Khor's shield?

Not for Symphony: taking the failure effect is not a real failure. Khor's shield on Accept the Blow reduces the damage when its ability resolves and again if you actually fail afterwards. Other 'on failure' triggers are not settled.
