Can goods sitting on a Barn or Timber Yard also score for the Jeweller, Windmill or Mercer's Guild?

Not twice. The rulebook says resources scored on those yard tiles cannot also count for the resource-scoring winter tiles. Some forum replies say you may instead choose to count goods on a yard tile elsewhere, since each item scores once, but the rulebook text is stricter.
