How does the Sea Bastion score, and can I count more than one loop?
The designer ruled that only the biggest single loop scores, and the rulebook's description fits.

Only your single biggest loop counts: one point for each tile on a loop of roads that returns to its start without travelling the same road twice. Separate or smaller loops add nothing, and a tile scores only once even if it lies on several loops.
