Where do I put my action token to buy a power tile of a colour the black Buy tile is covering?

Slide the black "Buy a black power" tile aside and place your action token on the Buy space of the colour you want. Each individual board has a Buy space for every colour; the black tile only covers one so the board looks tidy, and you can move it whenever you need the space beneath.
