What does Units Corruption take when an alliance member buys it?
The designer answered this in a French-language reply.

One unit only, taken from Seth (the alliance steals one unit per opponent). The stolen unit counts as the tile holder's own unit for the rest of the game, and the designer advises removing it first from the board when the troop takes damage, to avoid confusion.
