How do Kill Them All, Giant Crocodile and Invasion work?
The designer answered all three.

Kill Them All: the French wording is correct, so +1 movement applies in the Day phase whether or not you attack (the English tile wording is misleading), and +1 damage applies only when attacking. Giant Crocodile works like Initiative: if no unit is left, there is no battle. Invasion recruits into your city, one empty desert space, or both.
