When is the permanent VP for controlling two temples awarded?
The rulebook lists it at the end of a Day phase, and replies agree.

At the end of the Day phase, after everyone has finished their actions and the Prayer Points are given. You get one permanent VP per round, and it repeats each round you still hold two temples. Holding four temples does not give more.
