In what order are Prayer Points and permanent VP given out after the Day phase?
The publisher and designer both gave this order, and it matches the rulebook.

After all players finish their actions: (1) Delta temple Prayer Points, with its sacrifice; (2) Prayer Points from the other temples; (3) the Sanctuary VP, with its sacrifice of 2 units; (4) a permanent VP if you still control two temples. Sacrificing your last unit before step 4 may lose that temple.
