What does controlling an opponent's pyramid let me do?
You can buy power tiles of that pyramid's colour up to its level, and a level 4 pyramid earns you its temporary VP; the rulebook says you get all its benefits while your troop controls it. You cannot raise a pyramid you do not control, and tiles you already bought stay with you if a pyramid changes hands.
