When do I choose Divine Intervention cards in a battle, and are they hidden?
A publisher reply and the rulebook agree on simultaneous, hidden selection.

You choose them at the same time as your battle card and slide them hidden under it. Everything is revealed simultaneously, and you pay any Prayer Point cost at that moment. You cannot add DI cards after seeing the opponent's battle card. One player reports the German rulebook says to place them "next to" the battle card, which differs from the English rules.
