Can I move or fight twice with one troop using a silver or gold token plus a regular token?
Yes. The two actions resolve one at a time, so one troop can move twice, or two troops can move once each, or you can enter a city, take a pyramid with the first action and buy a power with the second. If the first action destroys the troop the second action relies on, that second action is lost.
