How many silver and gold action tokens can I have, and how many actions can a turn have?
The rulebook FAQ states the three-actions case; the one-of-each limit comes from the tiles themselves.

At most one silver token (Act of God) and one golden token (Divine Will, or in Ta-Seti Forced March, Dark Ritual or Twin Ceremony, which do not stack with it). Each is played with a regular token, so a turn can have up to three actions: regular, silver and golden. This is the same across rule versions.
