Can I keep the Act of God or Divine Will extra token for the end of my turn?

Yes. The extra tokens are placed together with a regular token and nothing fixes when in the turn that happens, so you can use them on your last regular token. A player with both tiles takes three actions in a row, and the extra token still needs a free space on your board.
