Can the golden or silver token repeat an action I already used this turn?
A forum answer says the golden token can repeat a used action; the silver-token limit comes from the publisher FAQ.

Yes for the golden token: it lets you take an extra Move or Recruit even if that action space already has a token, because it sits on its own space. The silver token is different: it must be placed on an empty space of your board.
