When can I play Raining Fire?
A publisher post says it cannot be played once combat starts, and players agree on the rest.

Under the original rules, only on your own turn in the Day phase, before you attack or before the move that leads to the attack. It cannot be played once combat has started or defensively on someone else's turn. After your own battle you are still in your turn, so you may play it again.
