Kemet
What exactly does Priest of Ra save, and does it affect Divine Intervention cards?
The official FAQ and a publisher post both state this.

It saves 1 PP each time you spend prayer points on an action, so raising a pyramid several levels at once saves only 1 PP in total. It also works on DI cards (a 1 PP card becomes free) and can make a power tile free.
