Can I use generic Speech tokens for Final Goal achievements, and what are leftover tokens worth?
Several experienced players agree on this; there is no official ruling.

Yes — each Final Goal achievement costs one Speech token, and a generic token (including one kept beside your board) works as well as one of your colour; with none you can claim none. Tokens of any colour you still hold are also worth 1 PP each at the 1-PP-per-token step, with no cap.
