In solo, what do the first-to-certify and first-to-finish-a-track bonuses give, and do Colleagues count?
Several experienced players agree on this; there is no official ruling.

The first player to get certified in each department (a Colleague included) gains 2 PP, and the first to reach the final space of a department's training track gains 3 PP, once per department. A Colleague that arrives first takes the points instead of a Speech token, while if you arrive first you keep the token and the 3 PP; a later arrival sits above in the stack and wins the tie-break. Timing of the 3 PP is reported inconsistently (when reached vs. game end).
