Must I put a Speech token on my own Performance Goal when I play it, and where may tokens go?
No — playing your Performance Goal doesn't force you to place a token. A token can go on any card, but if you play a goal and place a token in the same turn, it must go on the goal you just played, and you cannot play a goal and score another card in that turn.
