In Assembly, does one action give one part, and how many parts can one area take in a turn?
Several experienced players agree on this; there is no official ruling.

One part per action, which moves one car and pushes the line. You can repeat by spending more shifts, but you cannot clear the area mid-turn, so the maximum is 3 parts, or 4 for black and red. Each part must differ from parts already placed there, and upgraded parts for that model must be provided first.
