Does a non-active piece that touches the table while still leaning on the sculpture count as fallen?

There is no official ruling. The rulebook says a piece that falls off a structure and touches the table becomes a fallen piece. Players read this as meaning a piece still resting on your base or structure is not fallen, even if it also touches the table, but this is not confirmed. If a larger section collapses onto the table, players treat all its pieces as fallen.
