Enterprises (gear, anchor or top-hat icons), Company shares at their track values, passed laws, the Prime Minister, trophies, and some blackmail and spouse cards. Power is scored only at the end, along with shares and workshops; prizes, prestige cards, luxuries and lost prizes change the VP track immediately.
