In a solo or two-player game on Easy, how do I use promise cards?
The designer said to ignore the card text in solo, and the rulebook ties promise cards to Easy mode.

Only on Easy can a promise card be handed back to the box for favor cubes from the Crown; harder levels have no such trade. Ignore the text on the card itself in solo play — you are just swapping cubes, which stand in for deals made.
